Process
The approval process is expedited once the required forms have been submitted. Approval must be received before any improvements, changes or additions begin. Failure to comply with this process may result in fines. To install a fence, shed, pool, patio, basketball hoop, storm shelter, etc. see mandatory architectural rules, complete the form and receive approval before installation. Architectural Modification Committee (AMC)
This committee reviews and approves any requests from homeowners for modifications to their property except for modifications inside the home. The ordinances of each municipality are followed in addition to the guidelines that are noted in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions at Country Lakes. (CCR’s)
